I’m a UX and digital experience leader with almost two decades of rolling up my sleeves to help organizations untangle complexity and create experiences people actually enjoy. My approach is strategic and user-focused, but I never lose sight of the craft that makes design work — or the processes that keep big initiatives moving.

At Case Western Reserve University, I led major web, UX, and development efforts — including migrating more than 135 sites to Drupal 8 in just nine months. I introduced design systems, set up shared governance, and overhauled email and marketing campaigns in Slate to better engage prospective students.

At Mutual of Omaha, I directed UX and visual design across web, marketing, email, and other key touchpoints. I built and mentored the team, aligned designers and stakeholders, and made sure the work was consistent, accessible, and had measurable impact.

I’m at my best building teams, clearing roadblocks, and connecting the dots between business goals and user needs—so that design becomes a shared mindset across the organization, not just a step in the process.
